Booking the cottage
Pre booking details and considerations:
- A security deposit of £100 made payable to Mrs M Andrews is required at the time of booking.
This is taken to safeguard against additional costs for excessive cleaning or damage.
- The property is cleaned between lets and is expected to be left in the condition it was found.
- Departure time is 10.30 am and arrival after 3pm.
- Changeover days are Saturday to Saturday unless specified.
- The keys are collected from a key safe.
- Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are all included in the cost of your holiday.
- Sorry we do not allow any pets.
- Valley view cottage is strictly a non smoking cottage
- Valley View Cottage is only available for weekly bookings
