A security deposit of £100 made payable to Mrs M Andrews is required at the time of booking. This is taken to safeguard against additional costs for excessive cleaning or damage.

The property is cleaned between lets and is expected to be left in the condition it was found.

Departure time is 10.30 am and arrival after 3pm.

Changeover days are Saturday to Saturday unless specified.

The keys are collected from a key safe.

Sorry we do not allow any pets.

Valley view cottage is strictly a non smoking cottage.

Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are all included in the cost of your holiday.
