A deposit of £80 per week is required to book your holiday.

If you cancel your holiday you will lose your deposit.

Final payment is due eight weeks in advance of your booking. Failure to do so may mean you lose your holiday.

If your holiday is booked less than eight weeks in advance the total amount is due at the time of booking.

A refundable security deposit of £100 must be sent with your initial payment.

The number of guests using the house must not exceed the number specified when booking, neither can you change the composition of the holiday party during your stay. The cottage sleeps a maximum of five people.

The owner of the property or persons acting on their behalf must be allowed access at any reasonable time during your stay.

The holidaymaker undertakes to leave the property and its contents in the same condition as found at commencement of the holiday. The property must be left in the same state of cleanliness as found. Otherwise these extra costs for damage/cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.

Please note that Valley View is a non smoking cottage. No pets are allowed.
